CCRI Benefits

CCRI recognizes the value of each individual employee. We are continually looking for ways to reward our employees for their dedication through additions to our benefit package.  The following chart outlines benefits that are available to our employees.

FULL-TIME BENEFITED ONLY

Health insurance (Medica) – 2 deductible levels offered. Family coverage available.  First of the month following 90 days.

Dental insurance ( BCBS ND ) – Family coverage available.  First of the month following 90 days.

 

Vision insurance (Avesis) – voluntary benefit.  Family coverage available.  First of the month following 90 days.

 

Term life insurance (Companion Life) – voluntary benefit.  Policies available for employee, spouse and dependents.

 

Short-term and Long-term Disability insurance - voluntary benefit.  First of the month following 90 days.

 

 

401(k) Traditional or Roth accounts are available, administered through Bremer Bank.

 

 

Paid time offVacation and Sick Leave each accrue at the rate of 12 days per year for the first 5 years of employment, and then increase with tenure.  Available for use after 90 days of employment. 

 

 

Holiday pay 9 holidays recognized.
