Executive Director Statement
 I
consider it a privilege to lead a company whose primary purpose
is to bring quality to peoples lives. Being in business for over 30 years has given us ample time to perfect our services. We learned
many years ago that providing quality employment opportunities for
our team members is the key to providing quality servicesservices
our reputation is built on. This reputation has allowed us to retain
many staff for ten plus years. As a result, our team has a common
sense of purpose and deep belief in what they do. They are very
dedicated to those we serve. We instill in them from day one that
we arent just making widgets or selling products, CCRI is
in the business of supporting life and that we take that business
very seriously. Our team members stay because the jobs we offer
are rich in rewards. The real rewards are not related to their salaries,
or job titles or numbers on a report that supports tangible accomplishments.
The real rewards are watching the people we are privileged to serve
become less dependent on us, making their dreams come true and watching
the bonds formed between them and their staff. These relationships
are how CCRI developed a reputation that makes me proud to come
to work every daya reputation as a leader in the field of
disabilities.
